Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales operations
- Attend to customers' enquiries and clarify customers' requirments
- Generate quotations, invoices and delivery orders
- Ensure that items received are handled and delivered on-time.
- Conduct general administration duties
- Upkeep quality records.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor(s)
- O' Levels (or equivalent) and above
- Proficient with English
- Well-proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- At least two years of working experience in the related field
- Work experience as Junior Executive specialising in Sales will be an advantage
Calibration Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration as per customers’ requirements and in-house calibration procedures
- Conduct proper maintenance of reference standards and equipment in the laboratories
- Upkeep departmental quality records
- N' Levels (or equivalent) and above
- Proficient using basic computer applications
- With/ without experience (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of engineering or related fields is an advantage
- Some applicants will need a Class 3 license for on-site jobs
Quality Executive
As a quality executive, your main responsibility is to assist the quality manager in the different areas of maintaining quality policies for the laboratory. To sum it up:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth implementation of the quality management system (which is in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17025)
- Carry out policies and procedures as documented in the quality manual
- Assist quality manager at planning company operations according to quality plans
- Monitor and review customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions and plans for continual improvements
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits' findings
- Track objectives and goals set by the laboratory
- Upkeep all quality records
- At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good command in written and oral English is a must
- Flexible and agile mindset
- Able to work independently
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of ISO 17025/ ISO 9001 or related quality standards is an advantage (training will be provided for those without prior knowledge)
